Sending thousands of emails each week to a database of tens of thousands of email addresses on behalf of multiple clients required a very specific solution.

This company is a Motorsport PR agency and sends emails on behalf of its many clients in the motorsport industry. Their email database is highly segmented and customised, so required a highly customised solution.

We sourced a cloud based virtual Windows server, running an email server and an email distribution client/server application. This was coupled with a custom-built web-based database management system written in PHP and hosted on a virtual web server.

This setup allows the agency to craft and send press releases and client updates from their desktops, wherever they are in the world, and be sure of that each email will be successfully delivered to thousands of recipients throughout the motorsport world.
